Tamiya's Fighter Buggy series started in 1996 for beginner buggy races in Germany, run by Tamiya's leading European importer. Ten years passed before the next release. Fighter NXGEN is it: a single-seat buggy look inspired by full-size US racing buggies. The new DT-04 is a 2WD rear-drive buggy chassis that's easy to build and lively to drive. NXGEN means 'Next Generation,' and it brings improved off-road performance and far more setup options than its predecessors. Front and rear suspension arms, gears and gearbox are shared with the DT-02 and DT-03. Many DT-02 and DT-03 option parts fit this chassis too. The body is injection molded white polycarbonate.
