About this part
Mazda's Eunos Roadster brought the charm of a light, nimble two-seat convertible with real sports car performance at an affordable price. It was built as a convertible from the start, with a rigid open body that avoids much of the chassis flex convertibles usually suffer. Its smooth, rounded body runs from the oval air intake up front to the distinctive taillights. Under the hood is a normally aspirated 116hp 1.6-liter DOHC 16-valve inline-four with electronically controlled fuel injection and ignition. Rear-wheel drive gives a 50/50 weight split when fully loaded, for excellent handling. 1/24 scale plastic model kit.
