JConcepts and RM2 teamed up on this high-temp, high-performance grease, and it works across the whole RC hobby. Use it in the pits during rebuilds, when freshening a car, or when building a kit from scratch. Designed for use with diffs, the gold grease is made for metal-on-metal driveline parts that pivot and wear, like CVAs, universal joints and axle assemblies. If metal is touching metal, odds are this will cut wear and help performance. On the dirt you want a smooth, free-articulating driveline with metal parts that can take abuse. The heavy metal grease (#8119) is the go-to for gears and thrust. The gold (#8152) is the call for driveline, CVAs and pivoting parts. For CVAs, bones and axle assemblies, apply a generous amount to the pivoting and rotating parts, then assemble and work everything into position. When the car is fully together, roll the driveline over so all the lubricants settle and spread evenly.
