Gold compound Landmines on Glide-5 black premount wheels for the SCX24. The center is a split block, sliced, stepped and recessed so it flexes and twists over sharp, loose and polished ground. Solid and cavity pads alternate, which lets it transition from smooth dirt or pavement into dirt, mud and rocks. Horizontal grippy pads with edges and channels run toward the carcass edges for extra forward climbing bite. Lightning pattern, knob plots and connector bars sit in the tread to handle shallow and deep sinking. Once power is applied, the tread spacing opens for deep digging. As the tread rolls down the sidewall, a new course of tread and side lugs takes over. A grippy radial ring keeps a consistent contact patch when pinched, and new traction bars alternate between angular and island mapping for squeeze.
