Some parts just click. JConcepts put a 2003 Chevy K5 Blazer pre-runner body on a twin-I-beam front end and it works. The Beams front end was made for the SCX10 III and was begging for a body. The Adventure Team found a heavily modified Blazer and built a production concept for the pre-runner crowd. For Chevrolet, 2003 was the Silverado redesign year, and JConcepts borrowed bolder styling, a more expressive nose and features from the Avalanche. The team took some liberties with the wheel openings to clear high-performance desert tires. Extended, bulkier fender flares look bold, and the blended rear shell covers the whole back end and looks factory. The body arrives as clear polycarbonate with window mask, protective film and a detailed Chevrolet decal sheet. Fits 12.3 crawler truck: Axial AX-10 Deadbolt, AX-10 Ridgecrest Crawler, AX-10 Scorpion Crawler, RR-10 Bomber, SCX-10 II and SCX-10 II Deadbolt.
