During the 1993 IFMAR World Championships, Brian Kinwald won with a slightly modified Mirage SS body for the RC10. IFMAR rules did not allow cutting or venting bodies without a proper shape, scribed area, or scoop inlet, so a special shell was made for the event with a scoop on the speed control side, letting teams add vents or cutouts. JConcepts brought this World Special Edition (WSE) back for those signature builds. The Mirage WSE is the quintessential RC10 body. The stance, lines, and flow represent a generation of racers who trimmed, mounted, and styled their own cars. The shell comes with no scribed cutlines or body mount holes, so you trim it to your own vision. You can mount it high with smaller windows or drop it to race height with bigger windows for the most slammed look. Fits: Associated RC-10 original aluminum chassis.
