Walking and swimming duck from Tamiya's Educational Construction Series, built to work on land and in water. The legs and fins turn with the wheels, so it walks on the ground or paddles through the water. A parallel linkage recreates the bobbing head motion of a duck. Changing the rear roller and float directions lets it turn on land and in water. It's easy to build with snap-together and screw attachment, and it's fun for all ages. Dimensions: length 157mm, width 83mm, height 107mm. Speed: about 25cm/s on the ground and about 6.5cm/s in water. Running time is about 1.5 hours. The body, head and submarine motor are white polyethylene, and the gearbox is gray polypropylene. Includes one submarine motor and waterproof stickers for the beak and eyes. Requires one AAA battery (sold separately). Fits: general hobby universal fit car parts
