Twelve pieces of titanium ball studs for the B7. Lighter, stronger, and the lower CG helps the car settle. Swiss-machined in-house to tight tolerances. Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium with tight hex broaching. Cold-formed threads give a better grain structure and more hardness. • Plastic ball cup fit changes with moisture in the plastic and batch to batch differences. If it's tight, pinch the installed ball cup at a few points around the circumference until it loosens to where you want it. You may need to do this again from time to time.
