About this part
Phantom tires are the pick for 1/8 class racing, speed runs and high-speed bashing. The Beast tread grips well, and the belted carcass keeps the tire from expanding at high RPM. They come pre-mounted on durable 17mm hex wheels. Soft compound: for very low-grip surfaces like dirt and fine asphalt, and for cold conditions. Best grip, but it wears faster. Medium compound: for high-grip clean tracks, coarse asphalt and hot conditions.
Features
- Phantom profile for maximum traction and lateral grip
- Flexible but strong inside belt, vulcanized directly with the compound
- High-temp insert foam, WJ cut for precision
- Spoked wheel molded for grip and stability
