13T Brushed Competition Motor, Silent Speed, Adjustable Timing - JConcepts

About this part

The Silent Speed brushed motor from JConcepts is a 13t with adjustable timing. It suits monster truck racers who want sport-mod power, and scale trail truck drivers who want a motor they can rebuild. Brushed power lets you run at a high level on a budget. The Silent Speed has dual ball bearings and can be torn down, cleaned and re-brushed whenever you need consistent performance. It's a favorite of 1/10 monster and scale truck racers chasing the podium. Its built-in strengths also make it a solid control or hand-out motor for events and promoters who want a level playing field.

Note

• The ideal running temperature is 115 to 120 degrees. Watch operating temperature and adjust gearing to stay in range. Over-gearing and extended full-throttle or full-braking runs heat the motor fast. Anything over 150 degrees risks permanent damage to the motor and internal components. Keep watching the motor's appearance too. Listed as a general universal fit.
