The BK piston is the one racers have been whispering about. This slotted prototype is machined from low-friction Delrin on equipment bought just for JConcepts' RC work. It started as a late-night project in 2016, when mid-motor cars were hunting for grip on low-traction dirt. Track conditions moved on and grip took a back seat, but cars are chasing corner speed again, so the BK piston is back. It's all precision machined and tunable by the user. Dimples on top mark your settings so you can dial in your track or conditions. The BK channel in the piston boosts oil volume in the shock. Team notes: test drivers reported more grip with this design. Two pistons per pack, for 13mm shocks.
