Frizzy 2.2 rear buggy tires in green. Round pin tires have been a serious weapon in off-road racing since the 1980s and 1990s, and they still rank among the most wanted tires in tough conditions. JConcepts has built on that with tires like the Goose Bumps and Flip outs. Frizzy takes the 1990s idea and adds new design elements. The round, tapered pins are about the height of the Double Dees V2 but add a directional twist. The pin rows curve like the modern Dirt Bites and X-Bite construction. The pin bases blend into the carcass to handle flex and rotation. The tapered tops make fine contact patches in dirt, dust and fluffy conditions. Pins are spread out to bite on their own, and the threaded tread adds corner grip and stability.
