The Boss is the newest all-terrain comp tire out of the JConcepts lab, in sticky green compound. Its narrow 1.38 carcass and 4.25 overall diameter are made for 1.9 wheels, which makes it a real threat in the Sporty Mini class. Sold as a pair. The tread sits on a base pallet with overlaying bar tread for the flex needed to grab, hold, and conquer. H and + versioned tread styles bring hefty and flexy together. The continuous carcass uses minimal lettering and logo height, so it looks tough while still allowing slides and grinds. The pins carry radius, arching in the radial direction and bridging horizontally. The block and bar layout gives forward flex grip with sideload stability across the tread. Pin edges sit back from the sidewall to cut overhang. Exposed sidewall rubber helps in dry conditions, where the sticky compound can work without a hitch. Embossed JConcepts logos, item name, part number, and sizing help you identify the tire.
