Tires, Green Compound The Hold 2.2 5.25 Outer Diameter - JConcepts

About this part

JConcepts unveiled a new aggressive tread for the 2.2 crawling crowd. The Hold was designed from the ground up as a carved and chiseled tread for a wide range of scale off-road terrain. Large horizontal traction bars put a hold on everything from dirt, asphalt, grass and mud to rock and clay. At the tip of the tread, the pattern steps down into another flat bar with offset traction. Angled segments in the bar transitions add edge and help the tire cut through more terrain. The 5.25-inch size is the standard in the successful 2.2 fleet, and it has the size, detail and girth for 1/10th scale class 3 crawlers. The sidewall lugs peak at the outer edges of the design. An alternating pattern of finely detailed tread steps in and out, giving multiple edges. Carved drops sit in an array to add flexibility where it is needed. The Hold is green compound, 2.2 size, 5.25-inch outside diameter.
