Tires, Green Compound Tusk 63mm Outer Diameter for 1.0 Scx24 Wheel - JConcepts

About this part

JConcepts keeps muscling scale off-road parts onto the market with the Tusk 1.0, a 63mm outside diameter tire. Following the Landmines, the team built this one from what they learned driving and crawling, plus a lot of development time. The overall size is large, making it a high-performance, scale-based tire. The tread layout got its own rethink. The Tusk has an animal-like instinct on the trail. The center starts with a V-shaped lug stepping out to the sides for added grip, and the super soft green compound flexes and contours to the ground. Large staggered traction bars run off the sides and keep the V pattern going. The shorter bars step in with the center lug, and the longer ones fill the gap underneath and meet near the centerline. The mirrored layout gives alternating rows a staggered height. Sidewall lugs add pinch grip and help with gap crawling, and the tire keeps its scale look. FITS: 63mm OD for 1.0 SCX24 wheel
