Tire, Scorpios Green Compound for 1.0 SCX24 Wheel, 63mm OD - JConcepts

About this part

Scorpios in green compound for the 1.0 SCX24 wheel, 63mm OD. The Scorpios stand out for their scale-looking tread and extra-tall size and profile. The tread is tightly knit in a pattern that closely resembles a 1:1 scale tire. The padded arrangement moves easily from hard road to dirt and then into rocky, uneven ground. Once power hits, the tread spacing opens for deep digging, which makes it a strong working tire in dirt and mud. Each tread block has finely cut edges with a healthy radius where it meets the body. Slight cuts on top open up sling space, and the outermost lug runs down the sidewall to stiffen the upper carcass and add pinch grip. The compound flexes, and the close arrangement gives a grippy feel that still looks the part. The tall overall height clears plenty of ground, and the smooth inner contour keeps the carcass upright under hard loads and power bursts. A soft open cell insert comes with it. FITS: 1.0 SCX24 wheel
