Front Thick Sidewall Tire, Smoothie 2 Silver Compound for 2.2 - JConcepts

About this part

Smoothie 2 4WD front thick sidewall in silver compound, 2.2 size. Front tire size, compound and setup are some of the key tuning options in 1/10th off-road. JConcepts added a thicker sidewall front buggy tire for racers who need to adjust on the fly as traction changes. The thicker sidewall resists flex and helps the car turn smoother and track more consistently through high-speed sweeping corners and sharp 180 degree turns. The race-winning Smoothie 2 carcass stays the same. The thick sidewall version is marked with part number 4048 bossed on the tire. It has inner sidewall ribs and an inner cross hatch pattern repeated up top for support. It includes the popular Dirt-Tech closed cell insert, recognizable by the gray color and JConcepts' intricate inner and outer cuts.
