Siren LP in pink compound, a 2.2 buggy turf tire. JConcepts has another weapon for the carpet and astroturf crowd. The Siren shares styling cues with its successful sibling, the Nessi. Racing on artificial surfaces takes stability and forward bite, so the design team rebuilt the tire for deep nested turf and carpet. It uses a larger, taller 3D blended pin size and pin separation, plus a light, very low-profile carcass. Built to the 2.2" industry standard bead mounting size, the Siren works in plenty of natural and artificial conditions. Semi-circle protrusions, the same ones found on the Lockness and Nessi, sit in the center section and on the sidewall. The low semi-circles add side bite and cut down on the grip-rolling that normal pins can cause. The pink compound is new for JConcepts, a medium soft material with good wear. The rear tires come with open cell inserts, so the set is ready to mount right out of the package.
