Landmines were made for the stuff in between. Solid pads alternate with cavity pads, so the tire goes from smooth dirt or pavement into dirt, mud and rocky ground without fuss. Toward the carcass edges, horizontal grippy pads with edges and channels add forward climbing bite. Deep in the tread, a lightning pattern, knob plots and connector bars tie the design together for shallow and deep sinking. Once power hits, the tread spacing opens for deep digging, so it works hard in dirt and mud. A grippy radial ring keeps a steady rubber contact patch when things get pinched. Traction bars in the vertical plane alternate between angular and island mapping for squeeze grip. The super soft green compound flexes well and pairs with the lug layout for a grippy feel that still looks like scale.
