Front Octagons in green compound, a 2.2 4WD buggy race tire from JConcepts. When grip is king and less tread is faster, the Octagons deliver the bite. The octagon tread pattern is cut into the geometry, leaving a little surface area removed. The new carcass sits a touch rounder than past JConcepts slicks and has heavy X-pattern inner ribbing for support. The continuous thickness carcass is light and uses the standard 2.2 mounting bead. The embossed octagon tread overlaps itself to make grippy edges for dry or abrasive surfaces, while the main face stays slick and smooth for the grip you expect from JConcepts. Each package includes the gray, durable Dirt-Tech insert.
