Pro CA Thin Glue, 2 Oz - Great Planes

About this part

Thin CA from Great Planes, 2 oz bottle. Clear and pure, bottle after bottle, and formulated to wick deeper into balsa for the toughest bond you can get. Every viscosity (CA, CA+, CA-) gets tested and tuned for maximum penetration in its own job. CA is a moisture-activated glue held stable with acids. Moisture on the part and in the air beats that acid, and the glue sets in seconds. Plywood, spruce and balsa carry their own natural acid, which can over-stabilize the CA, slow the cure or stop it cold. Pro CA is surface insensitive, so it holds on everything, balsa especially. Sometimes you'll need activator to speed the cure and add strength. FITS: general hobby Airsoft, HO scale train, model rockets, Pinewood Derby, plastic models, project kits.
