About this part
Always wanted to build that vintage bird? These scale vintage wheels cover five sizes: 1/3 scale (9.33 in), 1/4 scale (7 in), 1/5 scale (5.60 in), 1/6 scale (4.66 in) and 1/8 scale (3.50 in). They're made from light, solid foam that holds up well. The design was pulled from real wheels off WWI-era and other early aircraft. Inside, the tire locks onto a paintable ABS plastic hub. The axle hole can be opened up to larger sizes per the specs below. Sold as a pair. 466V: Axle hole 3/16 in (drill out to 1/4 in), approx. 75 grams per tire, overall hub width 1.25 in. Made in USA.
