Castle's 1717-1260Kv motor is a 4-pole, 12-slot design with exceptional efficiency and less heat. It's a blast from the past with sensored capability added. It's the perfect upgrade for 1/6th scale rigs up to 20 lbs running up to 8s LiPo, and a reliable, high-torque 8s option for 1/8th scale builds. Run it sensored with SmartSense, or go ultra-efficient sensorless. High-temp neodymium sintered magnets wrapped in high-strength Kevlar keep the rotor intact when things get rough. Oversized NMB bearings and a vibration-dampening system give you the longest bearing life possible. Proprietary winding delivers the lowest possible stator resistance, so it runs cooler. Updated, sleek look. It looks as good as it runs. Efficiency only goes so far without a robust design. Castle's engineers know RC drivers push gear to the edge, so they spared no expense building this one.
