The newly tooled Mark V turnouts are DCC friendly and built for looks. Scale-size spike heads, cast metal points and frog, and separately molded guardrails give them a realistic appearance. The guardrails and scale-size throwbar are molded in a dark color to mimic metal. A new frog contact lug makes powering the frog easier than ever. The 390 Series is 100 percent compatible with the existing 280 Series Mark IV turnouts, so you can upgrade with a drop-in install.
