Reedy's all-new Sonic SP5 25.5 A-Spec stock motor. Minor stator changes add torque for racers running 25.5 motors in competition. The stator is designed in-house for max torque and power without sacrificing RPM. Copper magnet wire sized to the rule maximum, wound to keep resistance near the legal minimum, and coated in heat transfer epoxy to pull heat out. An oversized collector ring and thick solder tabs cut resistance and power loss. The balanced rotor uses a high-strength magnet that is built around the dimensional rules for fade-free power. Precision stainless steel ball bearings handle high RPM loads. Like every Reedy Sonic motor, a high-quality sensor board sits inside.
